- SmartCredit gives our team access to the credit reports, updates, and information needed to work on your file.
- We cannot access or begin working on your credit without an active SmartCredit account.
No SmartCredit = No Service. Your Account Will Remain On Hold.

Complete Onboarding And Submit Documents
Check your email immediately after purchasing your package and complete the onboarding instructions sent by our team.
The onboarding email is automatically sent after your purchase. Check your inbox, junk, and spam folders. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, contact our support team so it can be sent manually.

- Proof of address dated within the last 30 days.

We Begin Your Disputes
Once your SmartCredit account is active and your onboarding and required documents are complete, our team can begin working on your file.
- Your first dispute round is prepared after onboarding is completed.
- Your package includes up to 6 dispute rounds unless otherwise stated in your selected plan.
- New dispute rounds may be prepared approximately every 30-45 days, depending on responses and updates.
- Track updates and progress through your client account and SmartCredit reports.

Your account cannot be started when any required step is incomplete:
- SmartCredit is not active.
- Onboarding has not been completed.
- Required documents have not been submitted.
Your account will remain on hold until all required steps are complete.

We specialize in the removals of medical bills, collections, late payments, charge offs, student loans, repossessions, Inquiries, Evictions and bankruptcy from your credit report.

We use Smart Credit because it included all 3 credit reports (Experian, Equifax and Transunion). While we don't charge a monthly fee for credit repair, Smart Credit does charge a monthly to provide you and us a refreshed copy of your credit report each month.
It is mandatory to use the link in your onboarding instructions and stay up to date with your Smart Credit payment so we can check for updates and send new round out to the credit bureaus.
Please allow 2 business days after all information has been received for us to prep and mail your disputes out to the 3 consumer reporting agencies. Once they are delivered to them, processing time starts!
The plan includes 6 rounds of disputes. However, the majority of our clients typically graduate our program anywhere between 1-4 months all depending on how intense we need to go into deletions.
